BMF Office Update Regarding COVID-19

To Our Valued Clients and Friends,

As COVID-19 continues to spread, rattling financial markets and forcing the closure of schools and businesses, the Trump administration and Congress have begun taking steps to mitigate the impact on Americans. As this situation continues to evolve, we at BMF are also taking steps to protect our team, families and our clients.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, our offices will be closed through April 5. During this time, our associates have all been asked to work remotely; however, be assured that we remain poised to continue to serve you during this closure with the excellent service you have come to expect from us at BMF.

As we all adjust to this temporary closure, clients and visitors are asked to submit documents electronically or via fax. Contact any member of your team if you need help setting up or using your secure portal account. You will be able to send and receive documents, electronically sign your e-file forms and retrieve copies of your tax return online.

We will continue to accept deliveries from USPS, UPS and FedEx and our receptionists will continue to answer calls and help direct you.

We understand that this is an inconvenience for us all and appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new situation. While this is temporary, please know that this may be adjusted pending future direction and we are confident that our associates will effectively be able to take advantage of our robust – and most importantly – secure technology.

We are all in this together and are committed to doing our part to slow the spread of the virus while continuing to remain available to support you and your businesses during these challenging and uncertain times.
