Andrew is a Director in BMF’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to a wide range of investors, from private equity groups to private and public companies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, and financial leadership, paired with a practical, client-focused approach.
Prior to joining BMF, Andrew served as an independent consultant, supporting clients through financial due diligence, M&A advisory, and fractional CFO services. His industry experience also includes serving as Executive Director at a large, publicly traded pharmaceutical development company, where he acted as a divisional CFO and finance partner to executive leadership. In that role, he focused on strategic planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and budget and forecast development.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was a Director in PwC’s Transaction Services group, specializing in financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures across a global client base, with transaction values ranging from $10 million to $4 billion. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor with EY.
