He has over 15 years of experience advising clients on complex multi-state tax matters, with extensive expertise in sales and use tax across all jurisdictions, including a strong focus on California and Ohio.

Jason works with businesses across a wide range of industries, providing guidance on audits, refund opportunities, exemptions, voluntary disclosure agreements, nexus determinations, compliance, and tax technology solutions. His experience spans retail, manufacturing, construction, medical, insurance, agriculture, nonprofit, government, telecommunications, and more. He brings practical, tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.

He is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), a designation recognizing advanced expertise in taxation.
