She works closely with clients to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving tax landscape, delivering practical guidance and clear, actionable advice.

Michele has extensive experience supporting closely held and multi-generational businesses across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, professional services, retail, hospitality, and entertainment. Her background includes overseeing complex, multi-state income tax compliance and advising business owners on strategies aligned with both their business objectives and personal tax considerations.

Known for her “straight talk” approach, Michele thrives on building strong client relationships and providing responsive, high-quality service. She takes pride in helping clients understand their tax positions, stay informed of regulatory changes, and make confident, well-informed decisions.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). Michele also serves on the finance committee for Girls on the Run Greater Cincinnati.

Michele is a lifelong Bearcats fan and season ticket holder who enjoys attending UC football and basketball games. She also ran NCAA Division I cross country and track and field for the Bearcats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, young children, and pets.
