In Response to COVID-19: Stay At Home Order

The Stay at Home Order issued yesterday by Ohio Department of Health Director, Dr. Amy Acton, has identified CPA Firms as essential businesses. With these new governmental directives underway, we want to keep you informed of our plan to continue providing a safe environment for our clients and associates as we all continue to move forward during these uncertain times.

Our offices remain closed to the public and clients are asked to submit documents electronically, by fax, through mail or FedEx. The vast majority of our employees have been instructed to work remotely, and we will continue to maintain a small number of personnel on-site to handle mail and client communications.

In-person client meetings are being limited during this time. If we currently have an in-person meeting or exit conference scheduled with you, one of your BMF professionals will be in touch to discuss how we can best meet your expectations and needs during this Stay at Home Order.

Our robust technology and continuity plans enable our team to work remotely and continue to be as responsive as ever. We know that our clients depend on us now more than ever. Even with deadlines being extended and other regulatory changes, we remain positioned to continue meeting your expectations with the same high level of service you have come to expect from us.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as it develops and are prepared to keep you informed.  Please don’t hesitate to contact your BMF Advisor or me directly if you have questions or need anything. We are sincerely grateful for your flexibility, understanding and patience with us during these uncertain times.
