He has experience in Assurance and Advisory Services from his time at a regional accounting firm focusing on audits of various funds and trusts such as mutual funds, private equity funds and hedge funds. This experience enabled him to obtain a thorough understanding of investment funds, aiming to identify risk exposure and performance trends.
Previously, Alex worked at a $14B publicly traded financial institution as an audit analyst, advancing his accounting, advisory, internal control and data analysis skills. In addition to leading audits, Alex conducted the institution’s continuous monitoring function, testing big data as well as performing testing over the overall institution’s risk appetite and branch operations.
