Stefanie has nearly 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry implementing and managing a variety of administrative initiatives to align with strategic goals and provide appropriate support in these endeavors.
Stefanie joined Bober Markey Fedorovich in 1994 and has played an integral role in developing a robust support structure that enables the firm’s accounting professionals to maintain intent focus on client service. In this capacity, she manages the administrative department, consistently evaluating roles and realigning responsibilities to support the current firm composition and continued growth. She works with the team to ensure the best processes are in place in order to produce a top-quality deliverable in a timely and efficient manner and her staff is leveraged when possible. In order to achieve this goal, she provides cross-training throughout the department to safeguard operations. Stefanie maintains communication with other department leaders so the team can proactively plan workloads and projects while maintaining the flexibility to satisfy urgent requests. She also sustains a high level of expertise in the firm’s practice management software in order to facilitate reporting on critical metrics.
