Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in diverse roles and industries, including financial institutions, several Controllership positions for small businesses as well as four years of running her own outsourced accounting company focused on fractional controller services.

Through her extensive and diverse experience, Stephanie focuses on providing proactive solutions in addressing her clients’ needs. She aims to gain a deep understanding of her client’s businesses in order to assist decision-makers in increasing operational efficiency while maximizing earnings.

Stephanie is a Controller for our Business Advisory Services department with a strong focus on business process improvement. She has developed key metric calculations for her clients to allow for more focus on analysis as well as the integration of HR and Payroll systems with accounting systems for more automation of reporting. Furthermore, she knows the intricate details of how to evaluate and implement new accounting systems with her clients, including the facilitation of the conversion.

Stephanie provides business consulting, accounting assistance, audit readiness consulting, performance of agreed-upon procedures related to payroll audits and fractional CFO services.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University in Florida and in her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with family, relaxing at the beach during summer and cheering on the Cleveland Guardians.
