Mark Bober, Steve Swann, and Tod Wagner Named to Forbes’ 2026 Best-In-State CPAs List

About the Honorees

Mark Bober is a Partner in our Business Valuation & Litigation Services (BVLS) practice and formerly served as Partner-in-Charge of both the BVLS and Transaction Advisory Services practices. With more than 40 years of experience, he has performed over 1,500 valuation and forensic accounting engagements and has testified in hundreds of court and arbitration proceedings.

Steve Swann is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and leads our Transaction Advisory Services practice, advising private equity groups, public companies, and investors on financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analyses, and transaction-related matters. His experience also includes financial modeling, valuation, and litigation support services.

Tod Wagner is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and serves as Partner-in-Charge of our Taxation Services practice, bringing more than 30 years of experience advising middle-market businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. He provides strategic guidance across corporate and individual tax planning, estate and succession planning, and transaction structuring, with a focus on aligning tax strategies to broader business and financial goals.
