Betsy focuses on keeping client relationships a priority by working with internal teams to build upon those connections, seek feedback and improve the overall client experience. She manages and organizes the firm’s business development activities, including pipeline activity, proposal production and tracking, and marketing research and activities. Betsy also leads our client feedback program, as well as the concept and graphic design of all marketing collateral and production projects.

Betsy’s responsibilities also extend beyond business development to support marketing, operations, firm administration, as well as support for the senior management team across both our Cleveland and Akron locations.

Betsy began her role at the firm to support the administrative department, though her role quickly expanded to include more significant responsibilities in marketing, then in business development. She works closely with BMF’s senior executives to manage their community outreach activities and contacts with a wide variety of centers of influence.

Prior to joining BMF in 2013, Betsy worked with a local law firm.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Ohio University.
