Mindy Marsden Named Partner at BMF

Mindy S. Marsden, CFE, has been named our newest partner at BMF, effective July 1, 2021. Mindy was a Senior Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice; which is a national practice serving private equity groups, strategic buyers, subordinated debt funds and others within the merger and acquisition area on quality of earnings, due diligence and related matters

Mindy joined BMF in 2008 in our audit department and shifted to working in the Transaction Practice in 2011. To support her work facilitating business transactions, she holds the Certified Fraud Examiner credential, which denotes proven expertise in forensics and fraud and provides her with a strong foundation in the analytical and forensic accounting skills needed for her work.

She brings the uncommon combination of financial acumen and interpersonal skills needed to bring the most complex deals to completion.

Mindy graduated from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Growth Cleveland Chapter. She is a graduate of Cleveland Leadership Center’s Bridge Builders program, Leadership Akron’s Torchbearers and Community Leadership Institute programs, and has been accepted into Leadership Akron’s Signature Class 38 (2021).
