Mindy is a Partner in BMF’s Valuation and Transaction Services Group and provides financial due diligence and other consultation services to buyers and investors from private equity groups, public companies and subordinated debt lenders, as well as sellers of privately held companies. With a background in assurance and advisory services, she is experienced and knowledgeable with the audit needs of clients in diverse industries including nonprofit, investment, manufacturing, retail and employee benefit plans.
Mindy maintains the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential which denotes proven expertise in forensics and fraud. Mindy’s experience in audit and her CFE training has given her a strong foundation of compliance and financial modeling skills that are critical for valuation engagements. Her CFE credentials provide an understanding of what questions to ask during the transaction process and how to probe for insights that exist beneath the spreadsheet. Mindy brings a unique combination of analytical and interpersonal skills to guide her clients to a win-win outcome in even the most challenging transactions.
Active in various professional organizations, Mindy serves on the board of the Association of Corporate Growth Cleveland and is a graduate of the 2019-2020 class of Cleveland Bridgebuilders. She is also a graduate of Torchbearers Akron Class of 2013 and the 2016 class of Leadership Akron/Women’s Network Community Leadership Institute.
